Job Profile

 To sell MTPL products & services through B2B and B2C channels.

 To train Technicians and Plumbers teams on MTPL product range.

 To arrange Displays and Samples at Franchisee Show rooms.

 To do B2B business development with Franchisees by promoting MTPL products to his network of Architects, Builders, Developers, Consultants, Contractors, Plumbers, etc.

 To plan sales as per PSO system and achieve 80% of it.

 To achieve sales growth.

 To collect money within 60 days credit terms (as per MTPL norms).

 To recall/recover unsold stocks in 90 days (as per MTPL norms).

 To regularly conduct Plumber’s trainings.

 To resolve Franchisee’s Business issues.

 To do direct sales to own clients and projects.

Required

Qualification

 Graduate. (Advantage if Dip. / BE Mech).

Skills Required

 Good Relationships and Market network.

 Good at Numerical analysis in excel.

 Good in concept selling having innovative selling ideas.

KRA’s

 75 lacs+ sales in first year and then YOY growth.

CTC Range

 4-6 Lakh+ (As per Fixed + Variable package)

Age Bracket

 25+ years

Experience

 1 to 2 years of relevant exp. in ceramics, tiles, piping, sanitary, plumbing.

 1 – 2.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,996.15 - ₹70,983.38 per month
