Position: Sales Executive/ Sales Officer
Location: Shirala & Karad
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Tea Industry preferred)
- Experience in distributor handling and market execution is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area/territory.
- Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors as per the defined beat plan.
- Identify new dealers, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability, order booking, and timely deliveries.
- Track distributor performance (sales, inventory, claims, credit, returns, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to company policies on pricing, schemes, and promotions.
- Support promotional activities, trade schemes, and consumer offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key market influencers.
- Handle retailer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
- Submit daily sales reports (DSR), market visit reports, and expense statements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and outstanding payments.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local markets and routes.
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle field pressure.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, DSR reporting).
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹47,932.95 - ₹300,000.00 per year
