Description
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors in the lighting sector.
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
· Conduct market visits to promote products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
· Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets as assigned by management.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
· Collaborate with the regional sales manager for strategic sales planning and reporting.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and after-sales support.
Education & Experience
Skills & Requirements
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
· Must own a motorbike for market visits.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented.
· Basic spoken English (for communication with Chinese management); fluency in local language required.
