We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to promote and sell lighting products, including LED and solar lights, within the local market. The role involves regular market visits, managing dealer relationships, and achieving monthly sales and recovery targets.

Description

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors in the lighting sector.

· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.

· Conduct market visits to promote products, negotiate deals, and close sales.

· Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets as assigned by management.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

· Collaborate with the regional sales manager for strategic sales planning and reporting.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and after-sales support.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Lighting, LED, or Solar Light Sales (Commercial sector preferred). No formal higher education required—experience and market knowledge will be prioritized.

Skills & Requirements

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

· Must own a motorbike for market visits.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented.

· Basic spoken English (for communication with Chinese management); fluency in local language required.
