Area Sales Representative SE - Turn Painting

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Representative to oversee expansion, quality control and painting projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of coatings practices, and a solid understanding of residential turn painting techniques. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan/Monitor daily operations , ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with General Manager to plan and execute turn painting projects.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and compliance with internal and partner standards.
• Implement and develop current expansion process and aid in developing and implementing further phases
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide support, representing Fiorenza's Painting in a professional and positive manner.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate assessments of product usage, contractor efficiency, and coaching opportunities.

Skills

• Strong sales acumen and a drive to foster success and opportunity
• Strong knowledge of turn paint practices.
• Proficiency in/and effective project planning.
• Familiarity with unit turn processes including maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lead a team of external contractors effectively while fostering a positive environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of coatings work.

*This position is a traveling position. The ideal candidate will be a road warrior, traversing our operating regions with a focus on the SE United States. Air and ground travel is paid for by the company. A per diem will be given for food expenses. Candidates must have the ability to fly and drive weekly in multiple states. A clean driving record as well as Real ID compliant is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
