
Area Sales Supervisor-Field
Key Responsibilities

Team Management:
Supervise and motivate & train sales team to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area.

Channel Development:
Identify and onboard new
traders and rental shops
to expand the distribution network.

Key Account Management:
Build strong partnerships with major companies and wholesale traders to ensure recurring bulk orders.

Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor pricing and product availability in the local market and report findings to management.

Sales Strategy:
developing strategies to increase "shelf share" at trader locations and become the preferred supplier for rental fleets.
Qualifications
-
Experience:
3–5 years of sales experience as field sales supervisor (FMCG candidates are welcome to apply)

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the local market of
hardware traders and equipment rental companies
in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Product Knowledge:
Understanding of Power Tools, Generators, Air Compressors, and Construction Equipment.

Skills:
Strong negotiation skills for bulk deals and credit term management.

Language:
Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
-
Location: Currently living in Riyadh is must.
