Primary Purpose :
Oversee the operations and staff of a specific area or multiple locations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company goals and standards.
Key Accountabilities:

Train staff on job duties and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure performance meets standards.

Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new candidates.

Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in business, management, or a related field .
Experience:
+5 years of frontline supervisory experience .
