Arhitet engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural design, preparing drawings, coordinating with site teams, and conducting site inspections to ensure work is executed according to approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings (2D & 3D) using AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Review and modify architectural designs as per project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design revisions
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines
• Assist in material selection and architectural finishes
• Report site progress and design-related issues to management

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• UPDA Certification (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Experience in preparing architectural drawings and details
• Ability to conduct site inspections and resolve site-related issues
• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and authority regulations is an advantage
