Airbnb & Car Rental Operations Assistant

About the Position

We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and positive individual to join our growing Airbnb and car rental business. Previous experience is not required—we are willing to train the right person.

This is a unique position that combines customer service, property management, vehicle rentals, and general operations. No two days are exactly the same. Some work can be done from home, while other tasks require being out in the field helping with our rental properties and vehicle fleet.

We are looking for someone who is at least 27 years old, lives in the local area, has a valid driver's license, and is flexible with their schedule. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. Some days may require evening, weekend, or emergency assistance.

ResponsibilitiesRemote Responsibilities

• Answer customer messages, calls, and inquiries
• Manage Airbnb reservations and guest communications
• Coordinate vehicle rental bookings
• Schedule cleanings, maintenance, and appointments
• Maintain records and update reservation systems
• Assist with general administrative tasks

Field Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up rental vehicles
• Meet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out
• Collect payments when necessary
• Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for rentals
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals
• Take vehicles to mechanics, inspections, or service appointments
• Visit rental properties for inspections and basic maintenance
• Perform light cleaning and property touch-ups
• Shop for supplies and restock rental properties
• Power wash driveways, patios, and outdoor areas when needed
• Coordinate with cleaners, contractors, and vendors
• Respond to occasional urgent situations that require immediate attention

Requirements

• Must be at least 27 years old
• Must live in the local area
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a smartphone, computer, email, and text messaging
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Flexible schedule and availability when needed
