Licensed Qualifying Party (KB-1) – Risi Companies LLC (Arizona)

Compensation: $2,000/month
Time Commitment: 1–2 hours/month (consulting only)

Risi Companies LLC, a licensed home-building and general contracting firm in Arizona, is seeking an experienced Qualifying Party holding a current Arizona KB-1 license who is not currently serving as a QP for another company. This is a low-volume, low-time-commitment opportunity ideal for a seasoned professional looking for additional monthly income.

We currently have no active construction projects and need the qualifying license solely for marketing, compliance, and administrative purposes while our company prepares for future development opportunities. Occasional consulting (1–2 hours per month) may be requested for general guidance or compliance review.

Role Overview

• Serve as the licensed Qualifying Party (KB-1) for Risi Companies LLC.
• Provide limited monthly consultation (1–2 hours) as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) requirements.
• No field work, project management, or onsite responsibilities required.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona KB-1 (General Commercial Contracting) license.
• Currently not serving as a QP for another entity.
• Good standing with the Arizona ROC.
• Ability to provide occasional consultation or verification when needed.

Compensation

• $2,000 monthly stipend for serving as the licensed Qualifying Party.
• Paid monthly, ongoing.
