ARM - Assistant Private Banking - DIFC based Swiss Private Bank

On behalf of our client, a well-established international private bank we are looking for an Assistant Private Banking to join their team.

In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Providing customer-related and other admin support to relationship managers
• Handling client documentation and presentations
• Client on-boarding process, KYC
• Maintaining client data, handling the correspondence and telephone calls
• Banking operations processing (payments, trades)

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:

• 2-15 years of previous experience as ARM in private banking or wealth management in international bank in DIFC
• University Degree in Finance, Business or Economics
• Previous experience in a Private Bank is a plus
• Strong communication and administration skills, ability to work under pressure
• Stable employment history
