Overview
Join our security team as an Armed Guard, where your vigilance and expertise will play a vital role in safeguarding assets, personnel, and property. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive patrols, and emergency response readiness. Your dedication will help create a safe space for everyone on site while providing peace of mind to our clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & secure assigned post/site
• Control access & verify credentials when required
• Conduct foot patrols
• Write detailed activity & incident reports
• Maintain a professional presence & provide customer service
• Respond to incidents & follow site-specific procedures

Requirements

• Hold an armed license in Missouri, Clay County, Kansas City, North Kansas City, Pleasant Valley, or Gladstone
• Pass MO State RSMo 168.133 background check + Criminal Justice Fingerprint clearance
• Pass and maintain compliance with all state/federal/municipal gun ownership and school security laws
• CPR & AED certified
• Active Shooter Trainer Certification

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
