Ranger Protection Agency was built out of frustration. Frustration with security companies that told their officers to watch, wait, and write a report. Frustration with agencies that sent unprepared officers to properties that needed real solutions. So we built something different. For 20 years Ranger Protection Agency has protected Austin-area properties by actually resolving problems — not just documenting them. Our officers issue lease violations, serve Criminal Trespass Warnings, and exercise arrest authority. They show up every night ready to act. Now we're growing. And we need officers who were already built that way. You're who we're looking for if you have:

• Active Texas L3 Armed Security License
• Multi-site mobile patrol experience (5+ sites per shift)
• Clean driving record
• Own firearm + less-lethal device with current certification
• Austin-area residency | Weekend availability | Clean drug test
