Level One Protection, Inc. is hiring professional ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS to join our team. Members of this team will be contacted for coverage of specific posts, and first to be notified when PT/FT positions become available with current and new locations. If hired for this team, you would also have opportunity with other posts we have available in local cities with part time and full-time positions as they become available. This position provides an essential role in providing exceptional service to our clients and communities. Our officers are hired to help maintain safetyprotocols while staying vigilant during patrols and securing our clients assets. Qualifications

Must possess a current valid Guard Card

Must be 18 years of age

Must have firearm permit

Must have reliable method for transportation

Must possess exceptional customer service skills

Must be able to multitask

Must be able to write reports

Must be capable of patrol on foot throughout shift and must be able to navigate security software

Must be able to pivot in new direction when post details are updated.

Must be punctual

Responsibilities

We help maintain safety protocols while staying vigilant during patrols and securing our clients assets

Access control for guests and customers

Enforcing client and company policies and procedures

Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards

Conducting routine foot patrols in and around buildings

Reporting all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers

Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public

Writing reports

This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending, and lifting

MUST HAVE CERTIFICATIONS

All employees must have the following licenses and permits:

· Driver’s license,

· Social security card

· Valid California guard card

· Firearm permit

· Proof of firearm purchase

Job Types: Part-time

Salary: $35-40 per hour (Laguna Beach post) Other sites/posts dependent on requirements $18 and up

Experience level:

• 1 year or more

Schedule:

• Weekends
• 9:30am - 6:30pm
