Armed Security Officer

Stoneye Security Services is currently hiring Professional Armed Security Officers. We are seeking dependable, motivated officers who can perform with minimal supervision and represent our company with professionalism.

This is a growth-focused position with fast advancement opportunities and performance-based pay increases.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Rapid Advancement: Up to $23.00 per hour based on performance, reliability, and assignment placement
• 90-Day Probationary Period
• Overtime Opportunities Available

Officers who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong performance can qualify for pay increases quickly, often within the first 90 days.

Requirements

• Valid California Guard Card
• Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit
• Must be able to work within 30 miles of Sherman Oaks, CA
• Must be available for all shifts (day, swing, and graveyard)
• Must be able to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Must be reliable and professional
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR / First Aid Certification
• Baton Permit
• Pepper Spray Permit
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages a plus)
