Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Armed Security Officer license in accordance with state/local regulations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military preferred

• Valid firearm permit and ability to demonstrate proficiency with assigned weapon

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional security or criminal justice education a plus

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

• Must be physically fit, able to stand or patrol for extended periods, and work in various environments

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain) preferred

• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for all assigned shifts

Duties:

• Monitor and Authorize the Arrival/Departure of Employees, Visitors, and Any Other individuals to Maintain Security Detail
• Conduct Regular Patrols of Designated Area by Foot and/or Company Vehicle
• Be Aware and Report Suspicious Activity
• Write Detailed Reports on Daily Activities/Incidents
• Communicate Effectively with Law Enforcement, Superior and Property Management as Needed
• Maintain High Visibility and Attentiveness to Detail
• Monitor CCTV and Alarm Systems
• Oversees daily security operations
• Serve as primary client contact for security matters
• Provide EXCELLENT Customer Service to ALL Individuals you encounter
