GreyCircle Security Group LLC is seeking a professional Armed Security Officer for a consistent weekly assignment in a structured, public-facing environment in Clearwater.

This position is best suited for individuals who take pride in their presence, awareness, and ability to operate in environments where professionalism and composure are expected at all times. Officers must be capable of maintaining a visible deterrent while maintaining appropriate interaction with staff and guests.

Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a professional armed presence throughout the shift
Monitoring activity and identifying potential risks
Providing proactive observation and deterrence
Responding appropriately to incidents or concerns
Interacting professionally with staff, visitors, and guests
Completing clear and detailed daily activity reports

Schedule:
Consistent weekly shift (Sundays)
Additional shifts may be available based on performance and availability

Required qualifications:
Active Florida Class D Security License
Active Florida Class G Armed License
Reliable transportation
Strong situational awareness and sound judgment
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to remain alert and engaged for the full shift

Preferred experience:
Experience in public-facing or structured environments
Military or law enforcement background
Experience in roles requiring professionalism and composure

Compensation & expectations:
$22 per hour
This is a professional environment—appearance, conduct, and reliability are essential
Officers are expected to represent the company at a high level at all times
