**Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement and be committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to alarms, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness to prevent any potential threats. **Responsibilities:** - Patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches. - Monitor CCTV cameras to identify any suspicious activity and report it to the appropriate authorities. - Respond to alarms and investigate any incidents in a timely and professional manner. - Provide first aid and CPR as necessary. - Conduct loss prevention activities to minimize loss and prevent theft. - Manage conflicts effectively, using de-escalation techniques to resolve situations peacefully. - Maintain a high level of visibility and awareness to prevent and respond to security incidents. - Participate in training and certification programs to maintain current certifications. - Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure the security of the premises. - Maintain accurate records of incidents, security checks, and other security-related activities. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

**Skills:** - Strong background in law enforcement or a related field. - Certification in first aid and CPR. - Experience with CCTV surveillance systems. - Knowledge of conflict management and de-escalation techniques. - Ability to militarize and respond to security incidents effectively. - Certificate in loss prevention. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with surveillance and the ability to monitor CCTV cameras effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
