Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of healthcare sites through regular patrols
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures with professionalism
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide security assistance
• Engage with patients, staff, and visitors to offer assistance and directions
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify and prevent potential issues

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Military and/or Corrections experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient with computer systems and incident reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience
• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• On-site role with day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand or sit for up to four hours and perform foot patrols
• Must stay alert and able to lift up to 15 pounds
