Duties

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security of property and personnel
• Conduct thorough inspections of visitors, employees, and contractors upon entry and exit
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents to ensure swift resolution

Skills

• Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles with a focus on armed security operations
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
• Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to deter theft and unauthorized access
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism at all times
• Background in military or security training that enhances situational awareness and tactical response skills

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
