Duties

Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security of property and personnel
Conduct thorough inspections of visitors, employees, and contractors upon entry and exit
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication
Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents to ensure swift resolution

Skills

Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles with a focus on armed security operations
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to deter theft and unauthorized access
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism at all times
Background in military or security training that enhances situational awareness and tactical response skills
