This is an armed uniformed position.

Schedule:

Tuesday's 11pm-6am, Wednesday's 11pm-6am

Armed Security Officer Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises.

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Obtains help by sounding alarms.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Armed Security Officer Skills and Qualifications:

Lifting, Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills

Applicants Must Have:

• Must have a Level III Commissioned (Armed) TX PSB security license in hand
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone
• Must have own weapon, 2 spare magazines and duty belt
• Fluency in English
• Be drug-free. We are a Drug-Free Workplace
• Submit to a criminal background check
• MUST BE 21 YEARS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
• Eligible to work in the United States
• No beards allowed
