The Mandate
Sepribe Qatar is seeking a highly trained Armed Security Transport Driver to provide secure transit solutions within Doha’s high-profile business and government sectors. Operating from West Bay, you will be responsible for the safe passage of high-value assets or designated personnel. This is a role for a security professional who possesses superior tactical driving skills and the unwavering discipline required to operate in an armed capacity within the state of Qatar.

Core Responsibilities

• Secure Tactical Transport: Safely navigate specialized security vehicles through high-traffic urban corridors, utilizing advanced defensive driving techniques to mitigate transit risks.
• Armed Protection: Maintain a high state of readiness and situational awareness, serving as an armed deterrent and first responder for the protection of cargo or passengers during transit.
• Route Surveillance: Conduct pre-trip reconnaissance and dynamic route analysis to identify potential security bottlenecks or threats, adjusting paths in real-time to ensure mission success.
• Security Protocol Adherence: Strictly follow Sepribe’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vehicle boarding, asset transfer, and emergency response, ensuring full coordination with the central command center.
• Asset & Equipment Stewardship: Conduct rigorous daily inspections of the vehicle’s ballistic integrity, communication arrays, and assigned security equipment.

Professional Profile

• Valid Qatar Heavy or Medium Vehicle Driving License.
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in high-security transport, police, or military logistics.
• Mandatory: Current and valid Qatar security licensing and authorization for armed duties.
• Proven expertise in defensive/evasive driving and emergency response maneuvers.
• Impeccable record of conduct with zero disciplinary issues or criminal history.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in a high-profile corporate environment.
