Job Description

Central Patrol Agency LLC is seeking dependable, professional, and proactive individuals to join our expanding team of Security Officers across Indiana. Our officers play a critical role in maintaining safe and secure environments for residential communities, commercial properties, construction sites, Retails , office parks , Restaurants and corporate clients And so much more

This position requires individuals who can work independently, demonstrate strong situational awareness, and handle real-world situations with confidence and professionalism.

Available Positions

Full-Time Officers

• Must have open availability
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Part-Time Officers

• Limited / flexible availability
• Ideal for those seeking supplemental income or a set schedule

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols (vehicle and/or foot)
• Monitor and secure assigned properties
• Identify and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate and detailed incident reports
• Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch
• Provide a visible deterrent through professional presence
• De-escalate situations when needed
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when required

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Must have a clean background (background check required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable and punctual
• Weekends and holidays required

Armed Position Requirements (If Applying Armed)

• Must possess a valid Indiana Handgun License
• Must qualify under company firearms standards
• Prior firearms or defensive training preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• Customer service or public-facing experience
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Report writing experience

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor settings
• Exposure to various weather conditions
• Standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
• Assignments may include residential, commercial, and corporate locations
