ARNP (compact license) – Women’s Hormone & Performance Medicine

About Gapin Institute – Peak Launch

Peak Launch is a precision performance medicine company helping high-performing leaders optimize energy, focus, strength, resilience, hormones, metabolism, recovery, and long-term health through proactive, data-driven care.

We combine advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, lifestyle medicine, wearable data, and concierge-level support to deliver highly personalized health optimization programs for executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, and other high-achieving individuals.

Our model is proactive — not reactive.

We believe healthcare should optimize performance, longevity, resilience, and quality of life — not simply manage disease after it develops.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and growth-minded Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in women’s hormone health, metabolic optimization, preventative medicine, and helping patients achieve measurable improvements in health, performance, and longevity.

This role will have a strong focus on women’s health and hormone optimization while also working within a broader precision performance medicine practice serving high-performing men and women.

The provider will work closely with female clients navigating:

  • Perimenopause

  • Fatigue and burnout
  • Weight and metabolic concerns
  • Sleep and stress dysregulation

  • Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems

  • Experience interpreting comprehensive lab work and biomarkers
  • Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong interest in proactive, data-driven, and relationship-based healthcare
  • Experience with EMR systems

Preferred

  • Experience with BHRT, menopause, or perimenopause care
  • Functional or integrative medicine experience
  • Experience in concierge, wellness, or cash-pay medicine
