Now Hiring: Florida Licensed ARNP (On-Site / Virtual Care)

MBDevelopment is expanding our chronic and principal care management programs and is seeking part-time Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) to manage telehealth and remote care services.

About the Role

You will oversee and facilitate:

• Chronic Care Management (CCM)
• Principal Care Management (PCM)
• Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
• Virtual care coordination for adult & geriatric populations

This is an on-site position managing patients through phone, text, EMR, and remote care platforms. You will lead care planning, monitor clinical staff, review patient-reported outcomes, and ensure compliance with reimbursement guidelines.

Ideal Candidate

• Florida Licensed ARNP
• Experience with CCM, PCM, RPM, or care coordination
• Strong documentation and EMR skills
• Comfortable in telehealth & remote technologies
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
