Job Description: Art & Craft Teacher (CBSE School)

Position: Art & Craft Teacher
Board: CBSE
Grades: Primary / Middle School

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct art and craft classes as per CBSE guidelines.
• Teach drawing, painting, paper craft, clay work, and creative activities.
• Encourage creativity, imagination, and fine motor skills in students.
• Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
• Maintain art room materials and ensure safe usage of tools.
• Assess students’ work and provide constructive feedback.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts or Art & Craft.
• B.Ed./D.El.Ed preferred.
• Prior teaching experience in a school is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Creativity and strong artistic skills.
• Patience and ability to work with children.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.

Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
