Brattleboro area schools and communities have a long tradition of valuing excellence in education. Brattleboro Union High School seeks a dynamic art educator for the remainder of the 2026 school year. The successful candidate should be experienced specifically art and have specific knowledge of sewing and interior design. The Fine and Practical Arts Department is comprised of seven full time teachers who offer a wide variety of courses ranging from foundation courses to advanced studio opportunities for students.

Some BUHS art courses offer dual credit at area colleges. The art department at BUHS has a long-standing dedication to ensuring that art is an integral part of our school community, as well as within the larger community.
