Art & Design Manager

Job Location: Brea, CA

Job Summary:

The Art & Design Manager will lead the creative vision and execution of marketing materials that align with the company’s brand strategy and business objectives. S/he will provide high-quality visual content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate combines artistic expertise with strategic thinking, delivering innovative designs that engage target audiences and elevate brand presence. They will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences that drive results.

In this role, your primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • A hybrid creative leader who combines high level conceptual thinking with hands on design execution and helps communicate our brand and marketing message internally and externally.
  • Visual storytelling: Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives
  • Brand development: Creating and maintaining brand identity systems across platforms
  • Campaign ideation: Leading the creative direction for integrated marketing campaigns

Requirements for Success:

  • 5+ years of creative/design experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Creative Strategy: Aligning design work with business goals and marketing objectives
  • Print Production Knowledge: Understanding of prepress, color management, and materials
  • Figma, Sketch, or XD for UI/UX design
  • Digital Design: Responsive web design, email design, and social media content
