Naked Wardrobe is seeking a visionary, hands-on Art Director to define and elevate our creative direction across campaigns, content, and brand storytelling. This role is designed for a highly conceptual yet execution-driven creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities:

Partner directly with the President to translate brand vision into innovative, high-impact creative concepts

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and Graphic teams to ensure creative direction aligns with brand positioning, customer insights, and performance-driven marketing goals

Serve as the creative owner of campaign concepts — from ideation through delivery — ensuring cohesion, taste, and consistency across all visual outputs

Lead pre-production creative including: moodboards, themes, styling direction, set concepts, shot lists, and storyboards

Art direct studio and lifestyle photoshoots and video shoots, working closely with photographers, stylists, talent, and production crews to ensure flawless execution

Partner with graphics and video teams to bring campaign narratives to life across e-commerce, social, email, and paid channels

Uphold and evolve Naked Wardrobe’s visual identity, ensuring brand integrity across all touch points

Co-develop campaign frameworks and rollout strategies with marketing to drive consistency across channels

Stay ahead of cultural, fashion, and creative trends — continuously pushing the brand forward with modern, elevated creative direction
Qualifications:

5+ years experience in art direction, creative direction, or visual leadership — ideally in fashion, beauty, or fast-growing DTC brands

Proven track record concepting and leading full-scale creative campaigns from strategy to execution

Experience art directing both studio and lifestyle photoshoots and/or video productions

Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, casting direction, and consumer-facing creative

Strong understanding of social-first creative, short-form video direction, and content trends

Excellent cross-functional communication, leadership presence, and collaboration skills

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva and additional creative tools

Ability to think both creatively and strategically, balancing aesthetics with business goals
