Art Director

Our client, a leading branding consultancy is seeking a visionary Art Director to join their dynamic creative team in Riyadh on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for design excellence and a track record of leading multidisciplinary projects from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive strategic and conceptual thinking to shape impactful design solutions.
• Lead branding and design initiatives across print, digital, experiential, film, and content.
• Mentor and manage a team of designers, fostering creativity and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, accounts, and production teams.
• Engage directly with clients to understand objectives and translate feedback into creative direction.
• Prepare creative briefs, moodboards, and contribute to brainstorming sessions and photoshoots.
• Partner with copywriters to ensure cohesive visual and written storytelling.
• Organize team knowledge-sharing sessions and inspire through leadership and personal creative success.
