Creative Leadership & Concept Development

Lead the creative team in developing innovative visual concepts that align with brand and campaign objectives.

Oversee the entire design process from brainstorming to execution, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials, including digital, print, social media, and advertising assets.

Stay ahead of design trends and emerging creative technologies to keep MUSE’s work at the forefront of the industry.
Collaboration & Client Engagement

Work closely with clients, account managers, and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling design solutions.

Present creative concepts and design strategies to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance visuals.

Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and media teams to develop fully integrated marketing campaigns.
Team Management & Mentorship

Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and visual content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Allocate design tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Execution & Quality Control

Review and approve designs, artwork, and graphics before final delivery to ensure they meet client expectations and agency standards.

Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

Maintain quality control across all creative outputs, from concept mockups to final production.
Key Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in art direction within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various industries and formats.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team of creatives.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and marketing principles.

Experience in mentoring and managing creative teams to drive high-performance results.
-
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and motion graphics is a plus.
