Job Summary:

The Art Director is responsible for leading and developing the visual identity and packaging direction of the brand, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence across all products and customer touchpoints. The role focuses on overseeing branding, packaging design, visual standards, and creative execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand positioning and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the company’s vision.



Key Responsibilities

:• Lead and develop the overall brand visual identity, ensuring consistency across all products, packaging, and customer touchpoints

.• Define and oversee the creative direction for packaging design, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, market expectations, and business objectives

.• Develop premium packaging concepts that reflect the brand’s identity, values, and customer experience standards

.• Review, guide, and approve all packaging designs before production to ensure creative excellence and technical accuracy

.• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, and Quality teams throughout the product development lifecycle

.• Lead the development and evolution of brand identity elements including color systems, typography, design language, visual assets, and brand guidelines

.• Ensure consistency across all physical and digital brand assets, maintaining a unified visual experience

.• Drive innovation in packaging design by identifying opportunities to enhance aesthetics, functionality, customer experience, and perceived product value

.• Oversee the design and execution of packaging artwork, labels, gift boxes, promotional packaging, and other branded materials

.• Work closely with suppliers, printers, and production partners to ensure proper execution of packaging designs and technical specifications

.• Review production proofs, packaging samples, and mockups, providing final creative approval prior to mass production

.• Lead and mentor designers and creative team members to ensure high-quality outputs and continuous creative development

.• Establish and maintain comprehensive Brand Guidelines and Packaging Guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external stakeholders

.• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, packaging innovations, and luxury branding practices within the beauty, fragrance, and cosmetics sectors

.• Contribute to product launch strategies by developing packaging concepts and brand presentation materials that strengthen market positioning

.• Manage multiple branding and packaging projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved

.• Present creative concepts, packaging directions, and brand development initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders

.• Continuously evaluate and improve brand presentation, packaging quality, and visual communication to enhance brand equity and customer perception

.• Perform any other duties related to the nature of the role as assigned by management to support business needs and operational continuity

Required Qualification

s:• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Branding, Marketing, or a related fiel

d.• 5+ years of experience in branding, packaging design, creative direction, or related creative discipline

s.• Previous experience leading creative teams and managing branding or packaging project

s.• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity development, luxury packaging, and creative executio

n.• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, packaging production processes, and print specification

s.• Strong understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and premium brand positionin

g.• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skill

s.• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives and business requirement
