Role Description

An Art Director who thinks in campaigns and builds with their own hands — taking a brief from strategy to a living visual idea, then carrying it across every touchpoint from billboard to brand film to on-ground activation. The role owns the full creative range: translating strategy into sharp visual concepts and campaign key visuals that hold across ATL and BTL, building brand identities, designing motion in After Effects, art-directing on set, and integrating AI creative tools into the workflow — all while setting and protecting the agency’s visual standard.

What you’ll do

•Turn briefs and brand strategy into sharp visual concepts and art direction

•Build campaign key visuals that hold up across ATL (TVC, OOH, print) and BTL (activations, social, digital, POS, events)

•Design and build brand identities — logos, systems, guidelines, applications

•Animate and design motion in After Effects: cut downs, brand films, animated logos

•Art-direct on set during photo and video shoots

•Use AI creative tools to move faster without dropping craft

•Set and protect the visual standard for everything that leaves the agency

What you bring

•4–6 years in an agency or production house

•Expert in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop

•Strong in branding, motion, layout, and composition — in both Arabic and English

•Real experience across ATL & BTL (you know how one idea stretches from a poster to a story to an event)

•Hands-on with AI creative tools in a real workflow

•A portfolio that shows range, not just polish
