Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Art Director with strong conceptual and visual skills to lead creative development across FMCG brands. This role requires a design thinker who can transform ideas into compelling visuals, guide creative execution, and elevate the overall quality of work. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual direction and creative approach for FMCG brand campaigns
• Conceptualise key visuals, packaging designs, and digital creatives
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
• Mentor and guide junior designers to deliver high-quality output
• Ensure all creative work is visually impactful, brand-aligned, and strategically driven

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in art direction, preferably in advertising or FMCG-focused agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, packaging, and digital work
• Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and related applications)
• Strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and ability to present creative concepts clearly
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects effectively

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
