We are looking for an experienced Art Director with a strong events background to lead the creative direction, visual concepts, and design execution for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, product launches, and brand experiences.
The role requires a creative professional who can translate client briefs into strong visual concepts, manage design teams, and ensure all event branding, stage designs, layouts, and creative materials are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual direction for events, exhibitions, activations, and brand experiences.
- Lead the design of event themes, stage concepts, booth designs, backdrops, signage, digital screens, and branding materials.
- Work closely with the events, production, marketing, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, visual presentations, concept decks, and creative proposals for clients.
- Supervise designers, 3D visualizers, and freelancers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Review and approve artwork, layouts, renders, and final production files.
- Ensure all creative work follows the client’s brand guidelines and event objectives.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and executable.
- Attend client meetings and present creative concepts when required.
- Stay updated with event trends, creative technologies, materials, and visual design standards.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of creative/design experience, with strong experience in the events industry.
- Proven experience in event branding, stage design, exhibitions, activations, and experiential design.
- Strong portfolio showing event concepts, branding, 3D design direction, and executed projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of production materials, printing, fabrication, and event setup requirements.
- Ability to lead creative teams and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- UAE/GCC events experience is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
