Art Director for Ads & Events

We are seeking a highly creative and forward-thinking Art Director to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis (4 hrs / day). This role requires an imaginative creative who can translate ideas into compelling visual concepts, while keeping execution and feasibility in mind.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present creative concepts for campaigns, projects, and brand experiences.
  • Create mood boards, storyboards, and visual references to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Evaluate what is executable .
  • Collaborate closely, in person & remotely , with the creative director, designers, 3D/CGI specialists, and other creatives to ensure strong execution.
  • Willing to learn & leverage AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.) and stay up to date with emerging AI-driven design workflows.
  • Provide quick sketches or rough layouts to visualize ideas (not illustration-level, but clear creative direction).


Requirements


  • Based in Dubai, with the ability to work in-office (this is not a remote role).
  • Commitment of 4 hours per day (part-time).
  • Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar creative leadership role .
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and creative storytelling .
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong interest in AI tools and willingness to learn and experiment with them.
  • Ability to sketch or translate ideas quickly to convey concepts.
  • Must be fluent in English at a professional level .
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a creative vision within a team.
  • Passion for design, innovation, and exploring new creative technologies.

Our work primarily revolves around the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors . Candidates with a strong creative taste and experience in these industries will be prioritized.


Nice to Have (Optional but Beneficial)


  • Experience with physical brand activations , events & pop-ups.
  • Experience with CGI/3D pipelines
  • Knowledge of motion design or video editing tools .
  • Knowledge of graphic design .
  • Previous exposure to high-end brand storytelling within luxury or lifestyle markets.
