Job Description :

• We are looking for a creative and skilled Art Director to join our team in Tanta .
• The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in graphic design and content creation (especially reels), with a strong artistic vision and the ability to lead creative concepts.
• Applicants must be from Tanta or nearby cities, and must own a personal laptop.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the visual direction and creative concepts for campaigns and branding projects.
• Create high-quality design assets for social media, websites, ads, and marketing materials.
• Produce and edit creative reels and short-form video content.
• Develop mood boards, visual guidelines, and brand identities.
• Oversee the consistency of visual themes across all platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators, media buyers, and marketing teams to deliver impactful visuals.
• Review and refine design work to meet branding standards.
• Provide guidance to junior designers and support them creatively.
• Stay updated on design trends, motion graphics styles, and content creation techniques.
• Ensure all design projects are delivered on time with high standards.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, or Creative Reel Creator.
• Strong background in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
• Proven experience in reels creation and short-form video editing.
• Ability to turn concepts into high-impact visuals and creative campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must own a personal laptop.
• Applicants must be based in Tanta or the surrounding areas.
• Work is fully on-site at the company headquarters (not remote).
