Job Title: Graphic Designer / Art Director (Digital, Mobile & Brand)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer / Art Director with a sharp eye for detail and a deep passion for design. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital marketing, and storytelling.
You will help bring ideas to life across mobile ads, web design, campaign creative, and brand presentations. The ideal candidate is both conceptual and executional, with a strong point of view on typography, layout, and visual systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept and design high-performing mobile and digital ad creative across social, display, and paid media
- Design web layouts and landing pages with a mobile-first, responsive approach
- Create strategic, visually compelling presentation decks that clearly communicate ideas and narratives
- Develop visual concepts and art direction for campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives
- Produce polished creative across digital ads, social content, web, email, and brand materials
- Maintain and evolve brand systems, including typography, layout standards, and visual guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, copy, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in a digital-first environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile ads, web design, and presentation work
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Exceptional skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of designing for mobile and digital platforms
- Ability to create clear, elevated, and visually engaging presentation decks
- Meticulous attention to detail and high design standards

Pay: $24.25 - $29.21 per hour
