Art Director- Marketing

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and visionary Art Director to lead visual design, oversee branding, and craft compelling visuals across all media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visual style and creative direction of projects
• Lead and guide designers, illustrators, content creators, and other creative team members
• Guide and review layouts, graphics, typography, and color schemes
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and advertising materials
• Collaborate with marketing, video content, and management teams
• Review and approve final designs before publication or release
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction and design work
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage creative teams
• Experience working with marketing, advertising, or digital teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
