Art Director / Senior Visualizer

Flatworld Solutions is looking for a seasoned Art Director with strong advertising agency experience —especially in conceptualizing and delivering impactful print campaigns .

This is NOT a pure graphic design role — we need a creative leader who understands the big picture :

• Crafting campaign concepts from scratch
• Translating brand stories into powerful visuals
• Leading creative execution across print, digital, and multimedia platforms

What we’re looking for:

8+ years in design with at least 3 years as an Art Director or similar senior creative role

Proven ad agency track record in high-impact print ads & multi-channel campaigns

Strong leadership skills to guide designers, animators, and other creatives

A portfolio that showcases brand storytelling and campaign work
