Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director/Senior Visualizer for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

This position is responsible for

• Conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative visuals for digital and traditional media campaigns.
• The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful designs, managing graphic design projects, and ensuring brand consistency.
• The Senior Visualizer/Art Director will also oversee the creative process, lead brainstorming sessions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
• This position demands a strong vision for aesthetics and an ability to translate ideas into captivating visual content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visualization to develop creative concepts and visually appealing designs
• Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design to create engaging content across various platforms
• Advanced skills/familiarity with tools for illustration
• Excellent understanding of design principles and the ability to oversee a creative team
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to ensure quality and brand consistency in all deliverables
• Experience in client handling, addressing feedback constructively, and maintaining project timelines
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools like CorelDraw etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
