  • Understand and assess fabrication processes: digital printing, painting, sculpting, textile creation, CNC, casting, mounting, laser cutting, and installation preparation
  • Ensure materials and techniques adhere to durability, aesthetic, and project specifications

Project Management & Documentation

  • Maintain clear schedules, trackers, and production reports
  • Conduct quality control at key stages and pre-dispatch
  • Coordinate packing, crating, and delivery with operations

Team Communication

  • Work closely with art consultants, designers, and digital artists to align production with creative vision
  • Provide early warnings on delays, risks, and cost implications
  • Support installation teams as needed during onsite phases

  • 3–5 years of experience in art production, fabrication, visual arts, or creative manufacturing
  • Strong technical understanding of art materials and fabrication processes
  • Experience managing suppliers, artists, and multi-stage production workflows
  • Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and evaluate prototypes
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in hospitality, interior design, or large-scale art projects is an advantage
