Art Program Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Art Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of art programs and events. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with artists, educators, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate art programs, workshops, and exhibitions from concept to completion.
• Liaise with artists, educators, and cultural institutions to develop engaging initiatives.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for art projects.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities for programs and events.
• Provide administrative support, including documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s cultural and educational standards.
• Track program performance and prepare evaluation reports for management.
• Recommend improvements to enhance program impact and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Management, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, arts administration, or cultural management.
• Strong knowledge of art programming, event planning, and community outreach.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
