We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated Studio Manager to help keep our art school running smoothly and support our growing community of artists.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating class schedules and supporting instructors
- Overseeing kiln operations and general studio maintenance
- Managing communications with artists, students, and community partners
- Supporting marketing efforts, including social media and event promotion
- Helping build a welcoming, inclusive environment for all who walk through our doors

✅ Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Experience with administrative tasks, scheduling, or customer service
- Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical tasks (e.g., loading kilns, restocking supplies)
- Availability to respond to calls and emails during weekday business hours
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in a studio, arts education, or creative community setting
- Familiarity with ceramics processes (especially kiln loading/firing)
- Experience with social media, marketing, or event planning
- Comfort using booking or scheduling software (e.g., Amilia, Calendly, etc.)
- A creative mindset and interest in the arts

Pay: $25.00 per hour
