Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, patient, and reliable Art Teacher to lead private and small-group art lessons. The ideal candidate has a passion for visual arts and enjoys working with students of different ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Teach private and small-group art lessons in drawing, painting, and other media.
• Create engaging lesson plans that balance skill-building with creative expression.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and interests of individual students.
• Provide guidance on art techniques, color theory, composition, and creativity.
• Encourage students to develop confidence and explore their own artistic style.
• Help prepare students for art showcases, exhibits, or competitions (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Strong background in visual arts (drawing, painting, or mixed media).
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to connect with and motivate students.
• Patient, creative, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time, flexible hours depending on student enrollment.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
