Art Teacher

We are currently seeking an art teacher to teach in New Providence, NJ starting 1/5.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct art classes for children ages 4-6 in private schools in New Providence, NJ
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students.
• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
• Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide a fun and creative environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to commit for a 3 month period
• Must be comfortable instructing 5-10 children and completing one art project per class

Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience required.
• Interest / experience in art or passion for art!
• Excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
• Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
• Professional and comfortable teaching in a private school setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• High hourly compensation
• Potential to earn four yearly bonuses

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
