Mount Litera Zee School, Bihta, a dwelling place of learning where intellect and imagination walk hand in hand, doth hereby invite applications from gifted and devoted candidates for the office of Art Teacher. The institution holdeth firm in its belief that the fine arts nurture creativity, refine perception, and awaken within young scholars a sense of beauty and expression.

The worthy aspirant must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or the relevant discipline from a recognized institution. A degree in Education (B.Ed.) shall be regarded with favour. The candidate must demonstrate sound knowledge of varied artistic forms—drawing, painting, craft, design, and visual composition—and be adept in guiding scholars across age groups. Familiarity with basic digital design tools and modern instructional methods shall be an added merit.

The appointed master or mistress shall be entrusted to cultivate artistic skill and imaginative thought among scholars, to prepare lesson designs with diligence, to oversee exhibitions and creative displays, and to maintain the art studio with order and care. Duties shall include assessing student progress with fairness, encouraging participation in competitions and cultural observances, and contributing to the aesthetic enrichment of the institution through murals, displays, and ceremonial décor.
