Art Teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Teach art classes to children and teenagers aged 4–12
• Deliver lessons including (but not limited to):
• Drawing & painting
• Creative art, mixed media, and handicrafts
• Art fundamentals and creativity development
• Independently design and implement structured lesson plans based on students’ age and level
• Maintain strong classroom management and ensure high teaching quality
• Track student progress and provide professional feedback when required
• Communicate effectively with academic staff and parents
• Support student exhibitions, showcases, and school events

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant art teaching experience (mandatory)
• Educational background in Fine Arts, Design, or related fields preferred
• Proven experience teaching children and/or teenagers
• Ability to independently manage classes and deliver well-structured lessons
• Patient, responsible, and professional teaching attitude
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to commit to long-term cooperation
• Bilingual ability (English / Chinese) is a plus but not required
