Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate students to explore different artistic techniques and mediums while fostering their individual creativity.
- Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for learners of all ages.
- Provide personalized tutoring and mentorship to support students’ artistic growth, including those with special education needs or early childhood education requirements.
- Organize and supervise hands-on activities like sewing projects, dance routines, photography sessions, cooking classes, or theatrical performances that enhance learning experiences.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain positive classroom dynamics and encourage active participation.
- Assess student progress regularly through constructive feedback and adapt lesson plans accordingly to meet diverse learning goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in classroom teaching or workshop facilitation across various age groups with a focus on arts education.
- Strong background in curriculum development for creative subjects such as painting, theater arts, ballet, sewing, culinary arts, or photography.
- Excellent classroom management skills combined with the ability to work effectively with children and adults in diverse settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in tutoring students with different learning styles and developmental stages.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and behavior management techniques.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate arts-based activities like dancing, sewing projects, or culinary demonstrations.
