Program Overview

The Arthrex San Diego Sales Academy is a selective, in-person program designed to provide college students with real-world exposure to orthopedic medical device sales. Participants will experience hands-on learning, operating room simulations, sales training, and professional development while gaining insight into career pathways within the orthopedic industry.

This is an educational and developmental experience and is not employment, though top performers may be considered for future opportunities.
