What You Will Do:

The AI Intern will support Trico Electric’s efforts to leverage artificial intelligence for operational and business efficiency. This role involves assisting with AI model evaluation, AI agent development, data preparation, application integration, and documentation while adhering to Trico Electric’s policies and governance standards.

What You Bring to Trico:

• Currently a Junior level or above college student pursuing a degree in Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, large language models, and generative AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail in compliance-driven environments.
• Basic programming skills (Python preferred) and understanding of data privacy principles.
• Basic understanding of how AI tools are applied in business or operational settings, such as data analysis, automation, or decision support.
